2. General Information on Data Processing

As a matter of principle, we process our users’ personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. As a rule, processing takes place only with the user’s consent or where a legal basis permits it (in particular Article 6(1) GDPR).

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (processor): Odoo S.A., Chaussée de Namur 40, 1367 Grand-Rosière, Belgium.

On our behalf, Odoo processes all data arising in connection with the use of this website (in particular server log files, contact and form data). Data processing takes place within the European Union. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing our online services securely and efficiently (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Article 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider.

4. Server Log Files

Each time the website is accessed, information that your browser transmits is automatically recorded (server log files): browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free presentation and the security of our website. The data is deleted after seven days.

5. Cookies and Consent (Cookie Banner)

Our website uses cookies. On your first visit, a cookie banner is displayed through which you can consent to, or reject, cookies that are not technically necessary (e.g. statistics). Technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the website are set on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Section 25(2) TDDDG. Cookies requiring consent are only set after you have given your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by reopening the cookie settings via the corresponding link in the page footer.

6. Google Analytics 4

Where you have given your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (measurement ID: G-MGS50L6PZ4). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyse the use of the website. The information collected (including a truncated IP address) is generally transmitted to and stored on Google servers. A transfer to the USA to Google LLC cannot be ruled out; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Further information can be found in Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

7. Plausible Analytics

This website uses Plausible, a web analytics service provided by Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia. Plausible operates without cookies and does not collect personal data in a way that makes individual visitors identifiable; only aggregated usage statistics are produced. Data processing takes place on servers within the European Union. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly audience measurement (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

8. Google Fonts

This website embeds fonts (Google Fonts) from the provider Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required fonts from a Google server. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Google. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent and appealing presentation of our online services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

9. Contact and Contact Form

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, your details (e.g. name, email address, message) are stored in order to process your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve its purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

10. Support and Ticketing System (Helpdesk)

We use a ticketing system for support requests. The data you submit (e.g. name, email address, description of your request) is processed in order to handle and document your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the matter has been concluded and any statutory retention periods have expired.

11. Social Media

On our website, we link to our profiles on the following social networks: Facebook and Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company) and YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). These are simple links; only when you click on them are you redirected to the respective network, whose privacy policy then applies. No data is transmitted to the networks merely by visiting our website.

12. Embedded Videos (YouTube)

Where videos from the YouTube platform (Google Ireland Limited) are embedded on our website, they are integrated in the extended data protection mode youtube-nocookie. According to YouTube, in this mode no cookies that analyse your usage behaviour on the website are set as long as you do not play a video. Only when you start an embedded video is a connection to YouTube’s servers established; YouTube is then informed which page you have visited, and data may be transferred — including to the USA. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in an appealing presentation of our content (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

13. Rights of Data Subjects

You have the following rights with regard to the personal data concerning you: the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and the right to object to processing (Article 21). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Article 7(3) GDPR).

To exercise your rights, simply send a message to info@travido.gmbh.

14. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is: The State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony (Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen), Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover.

15. SSL/TLS Encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by https:// in your browser’s address bar.

16. Validity and Amendment of this Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is current as of June 2026. As our website develops further, or as a result of changed legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to amend this privacy policy.
